Eagle~Eye Home Improvement, LLC was founded in the 1982 by Bill Franciscus. A plastering apprentice with the Pa Plasterers Union for 3 years, Bill became the exclusive plasterer for the Masonic Temple and the Syria Mosque. Bill began working with many old-school skilled craftsmen of all types and now has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of construction.
Eagle~Eye currently employs 15 professionals, so no job is too big or too small. We have a large assortment of professional equipment. We run background checks on all of our professionals.
Eagle~Eye Home Improvement, LLC is a member of the Madison’s Who’s Who and has received a five-star rating from the Pennsylvania Business Journal. Eagle~Eye is frequently recognized for integrity and reliability and outstanding in the community.
Bill Franciscus was born and raised in Pittsburgh, along with many of his ancestors. He currently resides with his family in the South Hills area.
